Field Service Across Nevada

On-Site Heavy Equipment Repair in Las Vegas

When a machine goes down in the dirt, the repair bill is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is the crew standing around, the rental clock still running, and a schedule sliding a week to the right.

We bring the shop to your jobsite anywhere in Nevada. Excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers and haul trucks, diagnosed and rebuilt where they sit. All makes, all models, no lowboy required.

What Is Included

Complete Field Repair, Not a Band-Aid

Plenty of mobile outfits will get a machine limping just long enough to leave your site. That isn’t us. Our trucks carry the tooling and the lifting capacity to finish real repairs in the field, and the tech who diagnoses your machine is the one who fixes it.

What Goes Wrong

What Actually Puts a Machine Down

After enough field calls, the same handful of failures account for most of the downtime in Nevada. Heat, dust and long duty cycles are hard on equipment, and the desert punishes cooling and filtration far more than a temperate climate does.

Overheating & Cooling Loss

Packed radiators, failed fan drives and collapsed hoses. In Nevada heat a cooling problem escalates from a warning light to a scored liner faster than most operators expect.

Hydraulic Pressure Loss

Slow or dead functions from worn pumps, bypassing cylinders or a failed relief valve. We pressure test to find the actual cause instead of replacing parts in sequence.

Electrical & Sensor Faults

A fault code names a circuit, not a culprit. Chafed harnesses, corroded grounds and failing sensors are misdiagnosed as dead controllers constantly.

Undercarriage Wear-Out

Track chains, rollers and idlers ground down by abrasive material. Left too long it destroys sprockets and final drives, turning a wear item into a major repair.

Know The Warning Signs

When a Machine Is Telling You Something

Most catastrophic failures give warning first. Operators adapt to a machine getting gradually worse without registering it as a fault, which is how a repair that would have been routine becomes a rebuild. If any of these describe a unit in your fleet, get it looked at before the next long shift.

Why On-Site

The Lowboy Is the Hidden Cost

Sending a machine to a shop is never just the repair. It’s the lowboy each way, the permits if it’s oversized, the loading and unloading, and the days the machine sits in someone else queue before anyone touches it. On a mid-size excavator that overhead often exceeds the repair itself.

Field service removes all of it. We arrive with a boom crane capable of pulling an engine or a final drive, plus welding, hydraulic and diagnostic gear. The machine never leaves your site, and you keep control of your own schedule.

Transparent Pricing

What Drives the Cost of a Field Repair

Any shop quoting a firm number before seeing the machine is guessing, and that guess is always padded in their favor. Here’s what actually moves the number so you can judge a quote when you get one. Our labor and travel rates are posted on the rates page so you can do the math before you call.

Diagnosis Time

Finding the true cause takes longer on some faults than others. It’s also the step that saves the most money, because every hour spent diagnosing prevents parts being replaced on a guess.

Parts & Availability

OEM versus aftermarket versus rebuilt, and whether the part is on a shelf in Nevada or coming from out of state. Lead time often matters more to your schedule than price.

Access & Location

A machine in a Las Vegas yard is cheaper to reach than one two hours down a haul road. Travel is a real cost and we quote it honestly rather than burying it in the labor rate.

Scope Discovered

Teardown occasionally reveals damage the symptoms didn’t show. You get told before we proceed, with a revised number, not a surprise on the invoice.

Where We Do This Work

On-Site Equipment Repair Throughout Nevada

Our base is Las Vegas and the surrounding valley, covering Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Sunrise Manor, Enterprise and Boulder City with the fastest response in our network. Pahrump is comfortably within same-day range.

Northern and central Nevada are covered on a scheduled basis: Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington in the west, and Elko, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Tonopah across the interior. Mine sites, remote pits and highway breakdowns anywhere between those points are handled case by case. If you’re outside this list, call and ask rather than assuming the answer is no. Everything above runs out of our Las Vegas equipment repair operation.

Yes. Our service trucks carry boom cranes rated for engines, transmissions and final drives on machines up to large excavators and haul trucks. We do full engine removals, in-frame rebuilds and reinstallation in the field regularly. What we need from you is reasonable ground and enough room to set the truck up safely.

From compact track loaders and mini excavators up through large excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, motor graders and articulated haul trucks. If it’s diesel powered and moves dirt, it’s in scope.

We cover the entire state. Las Vegas and Pahrump are the fastest turnarounds, then Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington, then Elko, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Tonopah scheduled around travel. Remote pits and mine sites are routine work for us.

We’ll tell you before we start. Some failures belong in a shop, and pretending otherwise wastes your money. If that’s the situation you get the honest assessment plus help arranging transport, rather than a partial teardown that leaves the machine worse off.

Travel is quoted openly as part of the job rather than hidden inside an inflated hourly rate. You’ll know the travel component before we dispatch, and for jobsites inside the Las Vegas valley it’s minimal.

Yes, but check your warranty terms first. Some manufacturers require dealer service for covered repairs. We’re happy to handle everything outside that scope, and plenty of customers use us for non-warranty work while keeping dealer service for covered items.

Call us and we come back. Field repairs are held to the same standard as shop work. If something we repaired fails in a way that points back to our work, we make it right rather than starting a new invoice.
