24/7 Emergency Dispatch · Serving All of Nevada · All Makes & Models
Las Vegas · Reno · Statewide Nevada
Your machine went down in the dirt. It shouldn’t have to go on a lowboy to get fixed. Las Vegas Equipment Repair runs fully stocked mobile service trucks to jobsites, yards, pits and mine sites across Nevada. All makes. All models. Repaired where they sit.
What We Fix
One call covers the whole machine. Engine, hydraulics, electrical, undercarriage and structure. Everything below is performed on-site in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada.
Full field repair of excavators, loaders, dozers and skid steers at your jobsite. Diagnosis, teardown and rebuild without hauling the machine anywhere.
Overheating, blow-by, injector and fuel system faults, turbo and aftercooler work, in-frame and full engine rebuilds on Class 5-8 trucks and off-road power units.
Cylinder reseal and rebuild, pump and motor replacement, valve bank service, hose fabrication and pressure testing. Leaks found and fixed on the machine.
Laptop diagnostics, fault-code tracing, harness and sensor repair, alternator and starter service, and battery systems. We find the real cause, not the easy part.
Interval-based PM scheduled around your hour meters. Fluids, filters, greasing, inspection and documented service history for every unit in the fleet.
Track chain, roller, idler and sprocket replacement, tension adjustment and undercarriage wear measurement so you replace on data instead of guesswork.
Structural crack repair, bucket and blade rebuild, hardfacing, boom and stick repair, custom brackets and attachment modification, performed in the field.
Annual DOT inspections, brake and air system service, lighting and safety compliance for trucks and trailers, done at your yard, not ours.
What We Service
We’re an independent shop, not a single-brand dealer. That means a mixed fleet gets handled by one phone call and one invoice instead of three different dealer service departments each pointing at the other one.
Equipment: excavators, wheel loaders, track loaders, skid steers, dozers, backhoes, telehandlers, motor graders, haul trucks, rollers and compactors, water trucks, Class 5-8 diesel trucks, trailers, generators and light towers.
Brands: Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Case, Volvo, Bobcat, Kubota, JCB, Hitachi, Takeuchi, Genie and Cummins.
All Makes, All Models
A dealer service department is very good at exactly one brand. That works fine until your yard holds a Cat excavator, a Deere loader, a Bobcat skid steer and a Kubota mini. Now you’re managing four service relationships, four invoicing systems, and four different answers about who’s responsible for the machine that’s still down.
We’re independent. One number covers the whole fleet, and the tech who shows up carries diagnostic software for all of it.
The backbone of most Nevada earthmoving fleets. Cat 300-series excavators, 900-series loaders, D-series dozers, and Komatsu PC and WA machines. In-frame and full engine rebuilds, final drive and swing motor work, hydraulic pump replacement, and undercarriage measurement so you replace on wear data instead of a hunch.
Deere G and K series loaders and excavators, Case backhoes and dozers, Volvo articulated haulers and wheel loaders. Electrical and controller faults on these platforms are often misdiagnosed as failed components. We trace the harness before anyone spends money on a part that was never bad.
Compact equipment lives a harder life per hour than anything else on the site. Skid steers, compact track loaders and mini excavators come to us for drive motor failures, cracked loader arms, hydraulic quick-coupler leaks and the emissions and regen faults that shut a machine down mid-shift.
The diesel side of the yard. Class 5 through 8 trucks, water trucks, lowboys and the power units behind generators and light towers. Injector and fuel system faults, turbo and aftercooler work, aftertreatment and DPF problems, charging systems, air brakes and annual DOT inspections done at your yard.
Also regularly serviced: Hitachi, JCB, New Holland, Genie, JLG, Wacker Neuson, Doosan, Develon, Hyundai, Link-Belt, Gehl and Yanmar. If it isn’t on this list, ask. The list isn’t the limit.
The Difference
Parts are cheap compared to a crew standing around. Everything we do is built to get the machine back into production the same day where it’s possible.
No lowboy rental, no transport bill, no three days lost hauling a machine into a shop and back out again. The shop drives to your dirt.
Our service trucks carry diagnostics, hydraulic tooling, welding gear, fluids and common wear parts, so the first visit is usually the only visit.
From Las Vegas and Pahrump to Elko and Winnemucca. Remote pit, mine site or highway pull-off, distance is a scheduling question, not a refusal.
You get the diagnosis, the options and the number before wrenches turn. Repair it, rebuild it, or run it to the end of the season, your call.
How It Works
Tell us the machine, the symptom and where it sits. One call to (775) 304-0812 and you get a real person, not a ticket queue.
A stocked service truck is dispatched to your site with the tooling the job description calls for.
Root cause identified on-site. You get the finding and the price before any repair work begins.
Work completed in the field, machine tested under load, service record written up for your maintenance file.
24/7 Breakdown Response
Machines don’t break down between nine and five. They break down at 5am on the first pour of the week, on a Saturday when the dealer counter is closed, and two hours down a haul road where cell service is one bar. If you’re searching for heavy equipment repair near me right now, the honest answer is that most shops will take a message and call you back Monday.
We answer the phone. Call (775) 304-0812 at any hour and you’ll get a person who can tell you whether a truck is rolling, roughly when it lands, and what it’s bringing. If we can’t reach you in a workable window, we’ll say so on that first call instead of leaving you waiting on a truck that isn’t coming. Nights, weekends and holidays are all covered.
In the Las Vegas Valley and Pahrump, a truck is usually moving the same day. Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington are same or next day depending on the queue. Elko, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Tonopah are scheduled around travel, and we’ll give you a real window rather than a guess.
You get the root cause and a firm number before any repair starts. Nothing gets fixed on assumption and nothing gets billed that you didn’t approve.
Where We Work
Headquartered in Las Vegas, running service trucks statewide. Mine sites, remote pits and highway breakdowns are handled case by case. Call and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get a truck to you.
Full coverage across the Las Vegas Valley including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Sunrise Manor, Enterprise and Boulder City. Fastest response times in our network.
Real Work, Real Machines

A gouged cylinder rod like this one is a machine-down call. We reseal, rebuild or replace it in the field instead of sending the whole unit to a shop.

Full engine removal on a haul truck, performed where the machine sits. No lowboy, no transport bill, no week of lost production.

Scheduled filter, fluid and inspection service run against your hour meters, documented for every unit in the fleet.
Recent Work
Every photo below is our own work. No stock photos. Engines pulled in the dirt, hydraulic valve banks opened on location, undercarriage swapped at the pit. If you’re trying to judge whether a shop can actually handle your machine, this is the honest way to do it.
Yes. On-site field service is our primary model. Our service trucks carry diagnostic equipment, hydraulic tooling, welding gear and common wear parts so most repairs are completed where your machine sits. No lowboy, no transport cost, no days lost to hauling.
We service Las Vegas and Pahrump in southern Nevada, Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington in the west, and Winnemucca, Elko, Battle Mountain and Tonopah across the interior. Travel outside these areas is available for fleet and mine-site accounts.
Excavators, wheel loaders, track loaders, skid steers, dozers, backhoes, telehandlers, motor graders, articulated and rigid haul trucks, rollers and compactors, plus Class 5-8 diesel trucks and trailers. We service all makes including Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Case, Volvo, Bobcat, Kubota, JCB and Hitachi.
It depends on the machine, the failure and where it sits, so any shop quoting a flat number before seeing it’s guessing. What we commit to is this: we diagnose the root cause on-site, then give you a firm price before a single wrench turns. You approve the number or you don’t, and nothing gets billed that you didn’t agree to. Call (775) 304-0812 and describe the symptom. We can usually give you a realistic range on the phone.

Yes. Downtime doesn’t keep business hours. Call (775) 304-0812 any time and we’ll dispatch to your jobsite as fast as a truck can get there.
Yes. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are all covered. A machine that goes down Friday afternoon doesn’t have to sit until Monday, and for a crew on a deadline that difference is usually worth far more than the call-out.
All makes and all models. We’re an independent shop, not a single-brand dealer, so a mixed fleet is handled by one call and one invoice instead of three different dealer service departments.
Usually, yes. Being independent means we aren’t restricted to one manufacturer parts channel. We source OEM, aftermarket and rebuilt components depending on what makes sense for the age of the machine and how long you plan to keep it. For an older unit near the end of its service life, we’ll tell you honestly when a repair stops being worth the parts.
Remote pits, mine sites and highway pull-offs are routine for us. A large share of Nevada work is nowhere near pavement. Tell us the access situation when you call, including gate requirements, site induction or safety orientation, and whether a service truck can physically reach the machine. If it can’t, we’ll work out recovery or on-site options with you.
Yes. We build interval-based PM programs around your hour meters and run them on-site so machines stay in production. Fleet customers receive documented service history for every unit.
Yes. Contractors and fleets running multiple machines can set up an account with consolidated monthly invoicing and per-unit service records, which makes cost tracking per machine far easier at the end of a season. Call us to set one up.
