Emergency breakdowns are dispatched around the clock. Scheduled work, PM visits and DOT inspections are booked to suit your operation, including evenings and weekends so machines stay in production.

Based In

Las Vegas, Nevada

We are a mobile operation, so most work happens at your yard or jobsite rather than at a shop. Coverage runs the full state, from the Las Vegas valley and Pahrump up through Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington, and across the interior to Elko, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Tonopah.

Before You Dial

Have This In Front of You

None of this is required to call us. But having it ready turns a ten minute conversation into a two minute one, and it means the truck that rolls out is carrying the right parts instead of guessing.

Questions

Before You Call

Anything else, just ask when you ring.

Yes. Downtime does not keep business hours and neither does the phone. Call (775) 304-0812 whenever it happens. If we cannot get a truck to you in a workable window we will tell you on that first call rather than leaving you waiting on something that is not coming.

Machine down right now, call. The form is better for quotes, scheduling next week, setting up a PM program or booking DOT inspections. Anything that is not costing you a crew standing around.

Same day in almost every case. If it has been a few hours and you have not heard anything, call rather than waiting. Email is reliable but a phone in a pocket is more reliable.

We are set up as a mobile operation, so the work normally happens at your yard or your jobsite. That is deliberate. It saves you the lowboy, the transport bill and the days a machine sits in someone else’s queue. If a job really belongs in a shop we will say so and help you sort transport.

The whole state. Las Vegas valley and Pahrump are fastest, then Reno, Carson City, Fallon and Yerington, then Elko, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Tonopah on a scheduled basis. Remote pits, mine sites and highway breakdowns are handled case by case. If you are somewhere not on that list, call and ask.

Usually a realistic range, yes, if you describe the machine and the symptom. A firm number needs eyes on it. Our rates are published at $135 an hour for on-site labor and $100 an hour for travel, so at least you are not guessing at that part.

Machine Down? Stop Reading.

Every hour it sits is money on the ground. One call gets a stocked service truck moving toward your jobsite.
